Adam’s tales an online hit
Author Adam Maxwell has become an internet sensation after publishing a series of short stories online.
The 34-year-old has racked up a legion of new fans by surpassing 27,000 computer downloads of his series of short story collections. Adam, who lives at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Northumberland, put his work Dial M For Monkey on the website Feedbooks and was astonished when the title achieved 11,000 downloads.
He followed that with a comedy entitled The Defective Detective (also available in paperback) – and that hit 16,000 downloads. Adam’s new collection, Chills, Kill and Snowflakes, which was launched on Boxing Day has already achieved 600 downloads and is available on his website www.adammaxwell.com
